I've started doing more pocket pages, or Project Life, as some crafters call it. I've got several sets of journaling cards but I never use them all before I get a new set. So I've got a bunch of leftovers that need to be used for something. (Please tell me I'm not the only memory keeper that has this issue!)
I occasionally use them on traditional scrapbook pages and cards, but they also make the perfect tags for gifting to your loved ones! I just pulled out a few that matched and narrowed them down to one. Then I stuck in into my We R Memory Keepers Typecast typewriter and added a personalized birthday message.
What I love about my typewriter is that it feels more personal, like handwriting, but it looks much neater than my messy handwriting does.
Once I typed up my message, I punched a hole in the corner of the journaling card with my Crop-A-Dile and attached the card to my gift bag.
This took me literally seconds and is such a cute and easy way to add a personalized gift tag. Plus I'm using up my craft stash which is always a good thing!
