Hello friends! I'm a big fan of turning to Pinterest for inspiration. So today I'm sharing a fun Pinterest-inspired project
with you featuring the fun new Echo Park A Fair To Remember Mini Theme.
A while ago I found some darling paper clip embellishments on
Pinterest and I’ve been wanting to create something similar.
I decided they would make cute back to school bookmarks, so
I grabbed some jumbo paper clips and measured their length. I trimmed my paper
to 4” long, and between 1 ½” and 1 ¼” wide to fit the width of the paper clips.
I folded the paper in half over the bottom of the clip and then stapled it
together with my craft stapler.
Then I cut some of the papers into various banner shapes,
and punched some of the corners with decorative corner punches.
Finally I added some word/phrase stickers, icon stickers,
enamel dots, wood veneer shapes, and twine to embellish the bookmarks. I placed
the embellishments strategically to cover up the stapes.
