On the above card I used two triangular shape stamps together as vertical mirror images creating a candy stripe inspired background perfect for Christmas.
For this card I created a traditional patchwork quilt background. I love the classic stamp images and patterns!
These stamps work great for layouts as well. The stamped panel on this Christmas page uses the same triangular branch stamp rotated 360 degrees to create a large diamond pattern. I used a gold marker to create faux stitching in between the stamping, and added fussy cut Christmas trees in the center of the diamond shapes.
On this scrapbook page I stamped the traditional patchwork quilt background first, and then cut it into horizontal strips before adding it to my page background.
If you don't have Anna's self-inking stamper, no worries. These stamps can be used with a clear block--in fact I personally found it easier to use them that way so don't let the self-inking stamper stop you from getting them. They create the coolest stamped backgrounds.
