I thought I would post a bit about how my 15 days of gratitude project is going. I've been able to keep up each day with recording 5 things I'm grateful for. I've noticed my thoughts are usually driven by events during the day, so it's really become a daily record of events in a way as well.
What I love about focusing on blessings at the end of each day is that even if there are challenges and frustrating moments I end the day reminding myself about the good and positive. It's helping me to see that there are always good and positive things about life--we just need to open our eyes and see them.
I've taken a photos most days, and sometimes I've used a photo that I already had. It's also making me more conscious of taking everyday photos, which I need to do more of.
It's been almost a week, and I'm really enjoying this project. This is definitely something I want to do more often!
