Here's how it works: starting this Thursday, November 8th I'll write down five things I'm grateful for each day until Thanksgiving Day (Thurs, Nov 22nd). On the last day I will also write down my feelings, thoughts, and experiences during this project--maybe how my perspective changed, or anything I noticed in my outlook on life while recording my blessings. Maybe I'll even write something about our Thanksgiving Day.
For my journal covers I used a vintage chapter book that I got at a thrift store for 50 cents, and I removed the inside pages. If you're interested in learning how I created the journal itself you can visit the Scrapbook and Cards Today magazine blog where this project is featured today.
Take a look at the inside pages:
As I keep this journal over the next two weeks I'll be posting some updates on how it's going. You're welcome to join me in this project--if you do, I'd love for you to link me up so I can see your project too. Happy crafting!

What a great project you've come up with! I love it!! I'm heading to my studio right now to see what I can come up with. Thanks for the reminder to be thankful every single day.

Is the spine of your book still attached to the front and back covers? If so,how did you punch that?
