Got Sketch?

My latest article for The Scrap Review is up today. It's something new that I really had fun with. I created a sketch and then some projects based on it. Here is the 8.5x11 version of my sketch:

And here is 1 out of 3 projects I made based on the sketch. I love this new Let's Roll line by Imaginisce. It was perfect for recording this cute tradition my kids have started. They made up a few car games to keep from getting bored while we're driving around. The games they invented are so clever and funny, and I love to listen to them play in the car. I had to record it.

"Car Games" materials: cardstock ( Core’dinations) + patterned papers (Imaginisce) + acrylic stickers (Imaginisce) + letter stickers (American Crafts) + font (Liorah)

Tip: I created the journaling tags in Photoshop, printed them on white cardstock, and then added the cut out car images from the patterned paper at the top.

Check out my article to see the 12x12 version of the sketch, and my other 2 projects. Hope it inspires you to create. Happy scrapping!

Love this page! Whilst I love the look of "not straight" elements I struggle to do it on a page myself...I think I will give this a go and try moving out of my comfort zone!!
