Countdown to Christmas: Day 24 (winners!)

First of all, I have to apologize to those of you who left comments yesterday. I forgot to turn off the comment moderation feature so y'all could see who left comments. My bad! Rest assured that the comments are in the order they were received. The winners are...*Paula* and mean mom productions!! Please email me (see the link to your right) and I'll get you hooked up with $10 of pcpurse to spend however you'd like at pcLayers.com.

Now for a little crafty Christmas inspiration! Here is a Christmas card I made. I used some Basic Grey Dasher papers and letter stickers, an AC felt flower, an MM brad, some Stampcraft ink, and an old ribbon remnant from my stash. To get the ornament shape, I folded my paper in half, and then cut it with my circle cutter starting the top of the circle a half inch down from the fold at the top. I left the circle incomplete by a half inch at the top, and then cut straight lines with my scissors from the fold down to the circle, so the card folds at the top of the ornament. Make sense? Hopefully this will inspire your Christmas crafting this year. Come back tomorrow for more Christmas countdown!!

I found your blog through a friends blog. I have a question. How do you print digital christmas cards? I was looking to make one this year, but I was wondering if it would be "as good" as making one out of paper. Do you have an opinion?

Hi Lexi,

Thanks for stopping by! You can have digital cards printed by online printing services like shutterfly (they have folded and flat), winkflash, mpix (their metallic paper is beautiful), etc. check out what sizes they print, and make your card the size you want. there are lots of templates available online as well. i think they look wonderful and it saves you lots of time! hope that helps. =)
